Grand Junction, CO - Tope Elementary School students will have their art on display this Friday, April 1, 2022, during First Friday at the Art Center, 1803 N. Seventh St. First Friday takes place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
D51 Elementary Visual Arts Coordinator Tracy LeFebre partnered with Rachel Eggleston, director of children’s education at the Art Center, to make this display possible. The student artwork will debut at First Friday but remain throughout April.
STEAM at Tope Elementary School is keeping the "A" in STEAM this year with an artist in residence/part-time art instructor, Jen Foster. The position is funded by the school's PTA.
